I think the book is good and it is meant most for teenagers. The book or diary explains a lot about life, drugs and friendships. I want to bring up the subject about friendships because I think its important to have good friends who stand’s by you and always supports you no matter what. Alice does have some good friends, but when her family moves she kind of loose some of the contact with them. She gets mixed up in bad environment and drugs later in the book. These friends in the gang are not supportive and are making Alice do drugs. After my opinion that’s a not good friend.

The diary makes you see that your friends maybe aren’t as good friends as they appear to be in the beginning. If you get trapped in the drug environment, its hard to really see the persons who they really are before its to late.

The best about the book is that you become aware of the danger using drugs and the consequences. I think a lot of teenagers think that if they just try drugs one time, it will never happen again. That’s not true. Just look at Alice for example. She liked being high on drugs and promised her self that it was a one-time ting, but it escalated too much more. She could stop. She was in to deep.

The story is quite deep and describes the main character good. Because the book is anonymous I think it makes it a bit more interesting to know that this actually happened to a girl my age. I will say the diary was very sad. Alice had a hard life and she was caught in drugs. It all ended sadly with a suicide.

As I said before we become aware of the danger with drugs after reading the diary. I think it’s a bit scary to think about that this actually can happen to my friends or me. We never know, especially if someone spites our drinks at a party or accidently we got drugs in our system. I will never start to use drugs and after this diary I got to know more of the danger with it. And how easy it its to become a drug user.
